“I'm a long time customer of Bared. I bought my daughter her first pair yesterday and went in to the Melbourne city store to get sized etc. The male sales assistant wasn't very helpful...once she had the shoes on he didn't double check the fit, even though I asked him too, as I was worried they were not the right size. He said he had measured her foot and that ould be sufficient. My daughter, a teenager, convinced me they were the correct size. She now has a massive blister on her heel and I'm wishing I had asked for help from another more helpful sales assistant as it was a lot of spend on a pair of shoes that will probably not be worn again.”

“Update: I’m revising my review; even though the Swifts still aren’t a great pair for me personally, the customer service I’d received since has been above and beyond. They called and emailed me to speak about my experience, listened to my needs, and offered to send a replacement in another style. This was unexpected as it was way after my returns period. Very thoughtful and I’m much happier with my GoShawks instead. Thank you Bared, you’ve really turned this negative experience around for me.”
