Update: I’m revising my review; even though the Swifts still aren’t a great pair for me personally, the customer service I’d received since has been above and beyond. They called and emailed me to speak about my experience, listened to my needs, and offered to send a replacement in another style. This was unexpected as it was way after my returns period. Very thoughtful and I’m much happier with my GoShawks instead. Thank you Bared, you’ve really turned this negative experience around for me.
