“When I originally purchased these I got them the day I had foot surgery. Made life very difficult in deciding if they were for me when I couldn't get into them for a good few weeks. Originally I thought they were too roomy/ deep for me and I wasn't sure about the heel depth etc. I wore them the first time and I thought I had made an expensive mistake. After all, I have been a frankie4 girl for some time before deciding to branch out into a different brand. I decided to give them another shot and the second time I wore them with a few tweaks to the inserts, I started to quite like them. Toe still felt roomy but after a while I didn't notice the extra space and strolled comfortably for a few hours in them. Third time I wore them I forgot they were on my feet. After my initial doubts I am glad I hung in there and gave them a fair go. They could become my favourite weekend shoes at this rate. The customer service was beyond. Thanks to the ladies that have reached out to help me figure out how to best customise my new sneakers to me.”
“Bared contacted me by way of response to my initial review and immediately sent out a new pair express post of 36s ( recalling the pair from Aus Post that had not arrived/ potentially lost in transit). They are perfect. It was fantastic to be able to return the original pair 37 Barnet which ran large for me after being sent the 36s to compare. This allowed me to return the 37s with confidence in knowing the 36s were right for me. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!”

After leaving a review explaining my dissatisfaction with my shoes, the team was quick to reach out to me. Within 48hrs I received new shoe laces and different foot beds.
