I ordered two mattresses 1 double & 1 single, following business day I received a phone call indicating that the single mattress was on back order, and did not currently have a confirmed delivery date, I was given the option to cancel the entire order with a full refund or cancel the single mattress with a refund, I chose to get the double and reorder the single in due course, the refund for the single was in my back the next time I checked, and the double arrived within a week, and it was better quality than we expected, we will be ordering the single from them even if there is a longer ETA. regards Tom
