Thank you for the opportunity to provide a review. Whilst I love the office chair I was very disappointed that there were a few chips in the timber and that the holes drilled in the timber for the screws did not match up with the grubs that the screws had to connect with. I have to use a chisel to match the holes and the grub screws. This is not a fault of bargains on line but of the manufacturer and the chips would be the courier I guess.
