I ordered 2 makeup brush cleaners that were unfortunately badly packaged causing damage to the boxes. They were unsuitable for gifting and I contacted Bargains Online to express my concerns. I received a prompt response offering me a refund that has been refunded to my account. I am satisfied and grateful for their understanding of my issue.
