I'm happy with my final product but you have asked me how it could be improved, so I'm telling you. 1. The transport company did not deliver to the house - we had to go to pick it up, which made things much more difficult. We're only about 5 km from the depot so it's not as if they have far to travel. 2. There were a few scratches and dints that had been badly painted over, they're difficult to see in the finished product.. 3. We were two short the number of screws needed for the slats in the trundle, 24 were needed not 22. 4. The ends of 16 where they meet the ladder look untidy as they're not finished. 5. There are no screws to attach the box to the top bunk. 6. The order of assembly could be made easier eg, the top slats could be put on before the side rails. 7. To say that power tools should not be used when there are 80 screws to be put in, by hand, for the slats is completely unrealistic. As I said I'm happy with my final product and would recommend you to others. Sue
