Purchased a dog harness and did not fit my dog. The return policy is extreme. 20% postage fee regardless of if the item was sent free or not and 10% restocking fee (30% total fee). You will need to also pay for postage back to them as well out of your own pocket. I then proceeded to buy another size harness from them and unfortunately still did not fit and need to return this as well. So a $81 purchased amount less 30% is $56.70 fee less postage back $21.20. In pocket refund will be $35.50. The free postage was not free postage at the end of return process.
