The process of buying, delivery and payment all went smoothly.
Delivery was very prompt... however the delivery was left at the front door - no one knocked or rang the bell. Fortunately I was home at the time.
One point: the product instructions (Aimex water filter) were clearly not written by someone whose first language is English, which made the instructions somewhat unclear.
