I am very disappointed with the overall service, especially delivery. In-spite of having delivery instruction clearly mentioned in the order (i can also see it on the sticker on package) and having multiple calls regarding delivery expectation, the delivery was not done correctly.
The package could have been lost. I had to spend some effort and time to track the parcel as the reception staff had no clue about such delivery.
