You send out a email to do a review on an item I haven’t even received you can’t even tell me where it is or when I will have it or where the delivery is up to. What a ridiculous joke. I request a refund and get told your chasing my order….. it was half sent all con note dockets prove that and you can’t advise on where the other box is in your warehouse. What kind of company only half sends an order across 2 boxes tells the customer to have some patience and then after I get proof advises yours communicating with the courier and still don’t have answers…. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Happy to change my review when I’m told what is happening with my missing order you didn’t send but happily take my money.
