Very business-like and gave a good smart impression. They arrived on time and although the weather became difficult they maintained their sense of humour and were very efficient. I would gladly recommend them and may if necessary invite them back next year to maintain the standards they have set. They were very considerate and thoughtful which was very very important point for me -I am 95
