“I originally signed into Bark to contact a Homeglow representative because I have a 3-hour cleaning voucher. I requested an explanation of which cleaning services were included. I was shocked to learn that I would be required to pay an aditional $90. Normally, I would have given Bark a 1-star rating; however, I was contacted by C & R Cleaning who addressed some of my concerns, but I have not hired anyone yet.”

“Write after I wrote a request, I ended up with random people messaging me on my personal phone... they felt like scams. Not through the Bark app. I didn't reply to any of them, as I had no idea if they were legit or not.”
