“Of the several recommendations I received from Bark.com only one responded after I had reached out to them. We arranged a time to speak, they called 20 minutes late, without any prior warning. We then agreed a day/time they would send a Zoom link, none arrived. I sent an enquiring message, they replied 15 minutes later "Sorry not today..."”
