“We found a fence company. They did build a fence for us but they didn't deliver what they promised. My advice is make sure they do what they say they do and definitely supervise them closely to make sure”

“The tree surgeon did not use safety harness and ropes. When I enquired about further work the estimate for the amount of gravel needed was way over the top. I know how to estimate for jobs as my husband was a landscape gardener er for over 40 years and I assisted him on many projects and did all the paper work.”

“Closed my file before I was ready to do a thing. Someone called to start work 5 minutes after I registered. UNDERSTAND YOUR CLIENTS NEEDS . It's not about you people just getting money its about what your customers are needing and requesting.”
