“I put my details/request in at the beginning... ok,, .... But then you ask for it again on another of your pages ... And, Not just once, but again & again. ..... . ..,This is extremely irritating... .... . ... It also means that your website needs attention to more easily link your request pages. ... ... ... Then while scrolling down to search for what 'I' want, I find that I've been diverted. ...... Now I'm being asked about Cleaners! ...But I dont want or need a cleaner! ..... .. I just want to stay on the page I was using.... Is that too much to ask? ... I put in several requests for a reply, but as I've no idea how you or the relevant company communicate, I dont know if you supply them with my phone number..... Or if I was supposed to do that, as there is no indication either way on your pages & their contact details are not shown .. Its unsatisfactory to say the least.”

“The contracts registered with Bark are not vetted and often customers could be trapped into contracting with salespeople that over promise and underdeliver. While contracts and quotes are taken that match the work and effort - there is a tendency that these contractors are just trying to get a contract and promise additional work to be done along with the main work. This often results in customer having to pay more than the quoted and contracted amount to get all the work disussed done and on time... There should be better vetting to ensure salespeople are able to deliver what they promose to do and not leave the customer unhappy and helpless due to guilt of trying to save some money but ending up paying more..”
