“Contacted me immediately. Was kind and gracious. She visited me promptly and explained exactly what her company would do. Then on the agreed day, she showed up and introduced her crew to me. I left and when I returned, my apartment was spotless! Am very very pleased.”

“Three contractors contacted me and as of two weeks later, I have not received their quotes. One contractor was a total nut case. One contractor come to visit the site but did not quote and did not communicate. One contractor did not follow up. Net result, for me it was a total waste of time.”
