Plumber arrived immediately said he didn’t know anything about waste disposal units Looked at the unit for about 10 minutes didn’t know what to do with it didn’t have the correct tools we gave him our tool he attempted to dismantle the unit which took about 20 minutes cleaned some of the debris then just looked at it some more reconnected it and it made exactly the same noise as it was making before he came he wasn’t confident didn’t know what to do next so we told him just to leave and we would get a replacement I was not given a quote for the job and I don’t feel we should pay the invoice when the job was not fixed and we were not aware of costs altogether a very awful experience We have used bark in the past and have been extremely happy with the service but I won’t be using them again
