“The bark system works clumsily. It's not straightfoward. I someetimes get some references for cleaning and sometimes I don't and I don't know why. When I get references for cleaners, I try them out and either they are inadequate cleaners or they are untrustworthy people who steal or who don't kinow how to take responsibility for their actions.”

“Not the site itself, I guess, but the service provider who approached me was horrible. He was demanding, super pushy and was throwing me dirty words at the end when he found out he wouldn’t get the work. Site operator should be more careful about signed up service providers.”

“I got a great company come out within 24 hours to give me a quote for my loft insulation they were really professional i didn't go ahead with the price but asked for all the details to be sent to me and my quote in writing its 9 days later and ive received nothing from the company and ive heard nothing from them at all, not very impressed so going elsewhere”

“I'm using your service to find a professional drone and ground based photograper for landscape work. On the two occassions I've used bark I have been linked up with photographers that do weddings and head shots. These photographers see our landscape website and realise they are unable to deliver the service I'm after.”

“I had to make three different appointment times because he never showed up. When he did show up, he didn’t complete the job. I didn’t realize it until after he left I was really counting on him to take apart the drain pipe and take out the clogs of leaves that are in there it’s still clogged up.”

“I put my details/request in at the beginning... ok,, .... But then you ask for it again on another of your pages ... And, Not just once, but again & again. ..... . ..,This is extremely irritating... .... . ... It also means that your website needs attention to more easily link your request pages. ... ... ... Then while scrolling down to search for what 'I' want, I find that I've been diverted. ...... Now I'm being asked about Cleaners! ...But I dont want or need a cleaner! ..... .. I just want to stay on the page I was using.... Is that too much to ask? ... I put in several requests for a reply, but as I've no idea how you or the relevant company communicate, I dont know if you supply them with my phone number..... Or if I was supposed to do that, as there is no indication either way on your pages & their contact details are not shown .. Its unsatisfactory to say the least.”
