A company got intouch with me regards to a tree I need trimming, they came to view and assessed the work. I've been trying to contact them for 4 days now with no response to ask a date they can do the work and price, with no reply. So I've found another company now ive searched for directly to do the work who has given me a date and price upon visiting me and viewing the work needed. Not great service at all.

Limited reply's for dog grooming services. One suggestion was a less than capable person thru my experience with using them previously so that was a no go. No others were recommended

I reported this yesterday. My advert for a gardener attracted just one interested individual BUT they were over 200 miles away from my location Ridiculous and that is why I have given a low star rating.

I have attempted Team Bark a few times, but find it confusing and difficult. Initially I get bombarded with a series of names which are all strange sounding, and I don't know if these names are individuals (which is difficult as I don't know if they have been vetted) or small agencies. Also if I'm unable to look at the Team Bark email in detail immediately when I return to the email most of the names have disappeared. I don't know what Team Bark is but i find it too frustrating to continue.
