Not enough specific trade contractors. I was looking for exterior doors and windows and all I got was general contractors. That was not what I wanted.

A company got intouch with me regards to a tree I need trimming, they came to view and assessed the work. I've been trying to contact them for 4 days now with no response to ask a date they can do the work and price, with no reply. So I've found another company now ive searched for directly to do the work who has given me a date and price upon visiting me and viewing the work needed. Not great service at all.
