They are using review gate , If you leave bad review they won't take you to reviews.io lol, Anyways don't waste your money most of the leads are dead , each lead is sold upto 5 ppl and people hardly pickup phone etc , honestly I would rather pay google and get leads myself rather than paying high prices to bark and get nothing in return ...

Hi there, We're very sorry to hear that you haven't had a positive experience using our platform. We can assure you that all leads are screened by an automated system, and we have a Credit Return Policy which covers any contact details which are not working. We feel this is the fairest system we can have as we are not a commission based system that guarantees work, and only provide contact details for enquiries placed with us. We do appreciate that it can be frustrating when customers don't respond. We usually find this is because they have hired, or are considering hiring, another professional. We generally find that responding to the customers as and when they place their requests gives you the best chance of speaking to them when they are available and before they have hired anyone. Hi there Pam, Sorry to hear you didn't get as many responses to your request as needed and that you weren't happy with the quote the professional had offered. We do aim to get each request 2 - 5 responses however unfortunately there aren't always this many professionals available at any one time to quote. It would be up to the professional to quote you based on the job. You are entitled to deny the quote if this is too high. You can try placing the request again to see if you get more responses and the quote you want - we would advise adding as much detail as possible to furnish the professionals with the information they need before responding to you. Masquerade as a fencing company to get information the will not allow feedback unless you pick a smiley face supplier have to pay to be on the list.

I had the most disappointing and disgraceful service using TeamBark. The roofers that we hired did not do the job correctly, within a day, the roof was leaking again, we have contacted them and have not heard anything back! They took £900 from us and did not finish the work - they are thieves.

It allows me to get reliable professsional people in to do things such as a gardener from the local area when I often struggle to find a decent gardener from Chippenham who doesnt ovewrcharge me,or who isnt fully booked for the foreseable future.
