Arrived on site , took 15 mins to clean gutters , then ask my wife for payment , when offered the agreed amount , suggested it was £50 per side and wanted 3 x £50 = £150 , insisted on escorting my wife to the cash point for additional funds !! while on site offered to do other works for £350 , could do it right away as not worth a return visit . extremly un happy with what has gone on , used this site as thought it was supposed to protect cosumers from this sort of conduct , would not recommend ..

Of the several recommendations I received from Bark.com only one responded after I had reached out to them. We arranged a time to speak, they called 20 minutes late, without any prior warning. We then agreed a day/time they would send a Zoom link, none arrived. I sent an enquiring message, they replied 15 minutes later "Sorry not today..."

Three contractors contacted me and as of two weeks later, I have not received their quotes. One contractor was a total nut case. One contractor come to visit the site but did not quote and did not communicate. One contractor did not follow up. Net result, for me it was a total waste of time.

The gardener that was recommended answered fairly quickly and said he would give me a date that evening. It has been 10 days and no response. In the mean time, bark has asked me to review their servises 4 or 5 times. I feel hounded.

Please call all our contractors you gave my phone number to and tell them to STOP calling me.. this is so annoying and ridiculous the number of phone calls, text messages and emails I’ve gotten in 1 week. Future people do not give Bark your contact information.

Harry and Sons cut the tops off the trees as asked. However they have not cleaned up or taken the cuttings. They also took builders ladders a set of 3. Despite phoning numerous times and sending WhatsApp they have not got back to me. Going to the police to report the stolen ladders

One guy came over… didn’t look at the area but gave me an over inflated estimate for work that was not needed. Another guy also came over took a look & also gave an over estimate price for work I wasn’t even sure what he was going to do. I ask him to take pictures of the are so I could see. I also ask for a written estimate of the damages & what work he would be doing. I never got anything & he then would not return my message. I believe your services is a way for scammers to do crappy work that is not needed & then charge over inflated prices. I feel sorry for the elderly & unwise.

The advertising line made it sound like I can find photographers for 78 $900 and did not find nobody close to that person name at all in my area so I did not like this app at all
