The moment I posted a job on their site, I had a lot of cold calls from people - it seems like the number you give them is displayed publicly for anyone to take and cold call you, rather than you being able to use their service. It must be a terrible option for them as well, as this must mean that the transactions are happening off platform. There is also no way to close down your account or remove your phone number if you don't want to be contacted.

I wanted some information about selecting a personal trainer. Immediately upon signing up for the app, I was bombarded by multiple people … within 3 minutes! I’m not sure why they need to contact me, when it should be the other way around.

Referred a landscaper to remove tree stumps and some weeding from my 87 year old mother's garden. They charged an eye watering fee for one afternoon/evening work. Covered the weeds and bark covered rosebeds with topsoil. Left heavy garden furnishings scattered. Left in dark and have failed to answer the phone subsequently. This has shattered my mothers confidence and left her disillusioned with internet sales organisations. Her garden is her pride and pleasure. Such an unfortunate experience for a lovely lady

the professional i found in here had very poor skills for roof repair cost few hundred and still leaking contacted the people who did it they just don't care. pricey and useless. the people is Premium Home Improvements. they clearly deleted their profiles so i can't put review on them.

They are using review gate , If you leave bad review they won't take you to reviews.io lol, Anyways don't waste your money most of the leads are dead , each lead is sold upto 5 ppl and people hardly pickup phone etc , honestly I would rather pay google and get leads myself rather than paying high prices to bark and get nothing in return ...

We can assure you that all leads are screened by an automated system, and we have a Credit Return Policy which covers any contact details which are not working. We feel this is the fairest system we can have as we are not a commission based system that guarantees work, and only provide contact details for enquiries placed with us. We do appreciate that it can be frustrating when customers don't respond. We usually find this is because they have hired, or are considering hiring, another professional. We generally find that responding to the customers as and when they place their requests gives you the best chance of speaking to them when they are available and before they have hired anyone. We do aim to get each request 2 - 5 responses however unfortunately there aren't always this many professionals available at any one time to quote. It would be up to the professional to quote you based on the job. You are entitled to deny the quote if this is too high. You can try placing the request again to see if you get more responses and the quote you want - we would advise adding as much detail as possible to furnish the professionals with the information they need before responding to you.
