“The contracts registered with Bark are not vetted and often customers could be trapped into contracting with salespeople that over promise and underdeliver. While contracts and quotes are taken that match the work and effort - there is a tendency that these contractors are just trying to get a contract and promise additional work to be done along with the main work. This often results in customer having to pay more than the quoted and contracted amount to get all the work disussed done and on time... There should be better vetting to ensure salespeople are able to deliver what they promose to do and not leave the customer unhappy and helpless due to guilt of trying to save some money but ending up paying more..”

“Had 3 reply's 2came one had no pictures said he would send some never got them,other one came measured up was there for about 5 minutes said I would get estimate never came,and third said they would phone to make an estimate but never phoned.”
