“I had the most disappointing and disgraceful service using TeamBark. The roofers that we hired did not do the job correctly, within a day, the roof was leaking again, we have contacted them and have not heard anything back! They took £900 from us and did not finish the work - they are thieves.”

“It allows me to get reliable professsional people in to do things such as a gardener from the local area when I often struggle to find a decent gardener from Chippenham who doesnt ovewrcharge me,or who isnt fully booked for the foreseable future.”

“Hi, didn’t respond to all the people whose details you gave me for fencing services. Was annoyed that one emailed me with abusive comment because I didn’t reply. Did not use any of the details you gave me for fencing services. I am quite annoyed that these people are charged £10 from your company for getting my details. I was unaware of this and will not be using your service again to be insulted. Can you please email these people and let them know that I am sorry but was unaware of the £10 charge and I would like them to be refunded this sum of money.”

““Pros” available generally not very good. No monitoring of standards so not guarantee that people who contact are legitimate. Better to use Trusted Trader etc. When you contact them regarding a trader you get no response”
