“The contracts registered with Bark are not vetted and often customers could be trapped into contracting with salespeople that over promise and underdeliver. While contracts and quotes are taken that match the work and effort - there is a tendency that these contractors are just trying to get a contract and promise additional work to be done along with the main work. This often results in customer having to pay more than the quoted and contracted amount to get all the work disussed done and on time... There should be better vetting to ensure salespeople are able to deliver what they promose to do and not leave the customer unhappy and helpless due to guilt of trying to save some money but ending up paying more..”

“Some people accepted the job, however, never bothered to follow it up. One gave me a quotation only by seeing the pictures without bothering to come around. Another one changed the appointment three times and at the rnd didn't turn up.”
