Fantastic customer service! Had an issue with a strap slipping on one of their barking bags (it was just out of warranty as well). I contacted Barking Bags and Lois was very helpful and within 2 weeks, I received a replacement strap free of charge (and this was in December just before Xmas). One very happy customer here! Oh and the bags are AMAZING for dog walking.
