“Very disappointed, not with the product, but the company. I ordered the 2 items and paid for them and then received an email to say my basket was empty. That's strange I thought....I'd better try again....so I put in and paid for the 2 items.
Some days later I received the goods and after that received them again.
My suggestion would be not to send an email saying the basket is empty before the arrival of the goods. It certainly confused me and I certainly did not need 2 bottles of anti-itch and 2 bottles of waterless shampoo.”
