“The bag is of good quality but I didn't get on with it and I have ended up buying another hummer dog bag like I had previously as it was lighter and more roomy. I found this back a bit small and all the pockets tiny and really tight so it is really difficult to fit anything in. So I bought a treat bag as well to create more room! I didn't want the waist strap on the treat bag as I wanted to clip it to the main bag but it was impossible to move the strap without cutting the loops on the bag. I thought the clips on the main bag would be useful but if you attach a water bowl or treat bag to them every thing is clonking around and I was getting it all wrapped up in my training lead. The treats were just falling out of the treat bag! Expensive! Mayhem!
Sorry not for me. I gave it a whirl and I probably cant return now. A costly experience for me.”
“The only criticism that I have is of the magnetic closures on the main flap; these are particularly fiddly and difficult to secure particularly if you are carrying a water bottle in the holder provided which pulls the bag 'out of true'. Speaking of the water bottle-mention should be made of the fact that there is a 'manual' wrapped around the inside of the bottle-something which only becomes apparent after use when the 'manual' -which is paper-is waterlogged and blocks the spout!”
“Started with 5* then I dropped it down to 4 as I could use either another clip or O ring to attach extras.
I have now dropped it again to 3 stars as the drawstring from the side pocket broke today.”
“Quick delivery, but packaging materials disappointing, and the quality of materials, especially shoulder strap, feels a bit poor. Design choices for The Treat Bag are also disappointing. Perhaps their signature bag is their wheelhouse, but it was too big for what I wanted/needed, and based on my experience with the bag I bought, I’d go elsewhere in the future. It’s fine, but it’s also meh.”
“Had my bag nearly a year now and I love it I have absolutely no complaints, I do recommend this bag. However, brought a second bag for my Mum and the strap has changed material, more of a shiny material now and the silver buckle keeps sliding down it won't hold at the length my Mum likes it at. Emailed barking bags to ask about getting another strap in the original material and they said they could not help.”

“Hello I've been using my bag for over a week now and I'm very pleased with it. It's well constructed and plenty of room for most of my stuff. However I do have a young Collie and use wet treats eg sausage cheese and the like. The treat pocket on the front is too small but there is a lovely roomy pocket on the back of the bag. As I don't want to wash this out every time I use it I've been creative and made a removable bag that is slotted under the two plastic clips and held in place with stick on Velcro. I can get my hand into it easily for quick delivery. The other problem I have is the strap it keeps slipping and the shoulder pad keeps slipping too. I've had to put a safety pin in to keep it in place.”

“It a good sturdy bag but unfortunately it's not suitable for people with large dogs as the bottle ho.det isn't big enough and the pouch for the poo bags isn't big enough”
“I ordered the Treat bag thinking I could wear it in multiple ways. It has a belt clip, a waist strap and a shoulder strap however I couldn't work out how to remove the waist strap and I don't want that hanging off the bag when using the other methods, so I emailed customer service.
According to their customer service, the only way to remove it is to cut it off rendering it useless.
No offer of a refund or exchange.
