I ordered the Treat bag thinking I could wear it in multiple ways. It has a belt clip, a waist strap and a shoulder strap however I couldn't work out how to remove the waist strap and I don't want that hanging off the bag when using the other methods, so I emailed customer service.
According to their customer service, the only way to remove it is to cut it off rendering it useless.
No offer of a refund or exchange.
Very disappointing.
