Ordered an original bag for my holiday. Fasteners were faulty. Contacted the company and arranged to return it, I did this on my return. They confirmed there was a fault with it and offered to replace it. I accepted this only to be told the replacement is not due until the end of August.
A little disappointed that it wasn’t fault checked before initial dispatch and also the length of time for replacement.
Up to now no offer of a partial refund for the inconvenience.
