I have now bought two products from this firm, the original Barking Bag (well designed, robust and entirely fit for purpose) and a customised cushion as a present. There was an issue with the second order in that the product sent was a generic design, not prinited with the image submitted of our black labrador. This problem was recognised in an e-mail sent before the item arrived vouchers issued for a free repeat order plus free postage (no return of the erroneous item requested!). There appeared to be some initial difficulty in getting the website to recognise the voucher codes, but after a short e-mail the matter was resolved and I now await the correct item. I would particularly like to comment Cornelia on her very prompt and efficient responses to e-mails.
