We ordered 2 treat bags by express delivery (DPD) and paid extra for it. The agents Barking Bags used for despatch, despatched the bags by the slower Royal Mail service.
I contacted Barking Bags immediately, who responded promptly, professionally and courteously. They apologised for the error and refunded the entire postage and packing costs.
Very efficient and friendly service.
