Ordered a bag, it was too small, I had to pay postage for delivery and postage for return and also pay again for postage if I wanted a replacement bag. For these reasons alone I wouldn’t buy from From this company again. Very disappointing in terms of potentially having to pay postage three times. Also their returns location is ten mins from where I live but I was still told to return via post. 😳
