I was alarmed when I purchased a bag when my card details appeared before I had input them. I have never heard of the shop.app you have to use to purchase. Their reviews are terrible. I emailed barking bags and never got a reply so that was another red flag. Then when the bag arrived I was shocked at the quality of the materials used. So cheap looking. It is nothing like the one I purchased 16 months ago. That one is fabulous and expensive looking. What has happened to make you use such cheap materials. The Carabinera were also cheaply made. Shocking and disappointing.
