I was inially very happy but on the 2nd day of using the bag one of the ties broke. I contact customer services who came straight back to me, I sent a photo and was informed someone would be in touch I Am Still Waiting... I have now sent said bag back at my own expence and await a refund, I would of liked a replacement but in inaction of the customer care team now means I would prefer a refund and will go elsewhere for a bag.
