Bought my wife the original bag in black,after using it 2 or 3 times,she noticed the draw strings have came away from the stitching & also the cross body strap doesn't stay adjusted, phoned & left a message but no one returned my call, used the return link on the website to let them know about the faulty bag, corneila got back to me asking to send pictures of the faults,sent pictures & asked for a refund as I'm not happy with the bag,now being told I can have a new bag but won't be getting a refund as I have used the bag, the bag cost £34.95 including postage Absolutely ridiculous
