Unfortunately I’m having to leave this review because the company has ghosted me :( I ordered a beautiful changing basket which I unfortunately had to request a refund for due to it not fitting in its intended space. I contacted them well within the 14-day timeframe specified for their returns. Weeks have now gone by and my emails and DMs have been completely ignored. As such, I’m left with an unusable item which I was well within my rights to return. Extremely disappointed in their total lack of customer service and support.
