OK, you asked, so I'll tell you. Since making my last purchase, I've reached out to you three times, once by phone (during business hours) and twice by filling out the form on your website, regarding possible pricing for a corporate purchase and I've gotten no response whatsoever. I'm glad your coffee is better than your customer service. That's been VERY disappointing.
