I ordered from the barnie's site---sent a coffee flavor as a gift to someone in another state. Paid the shipping fee. Instead of delivering the coffee to their apartment...they left a note stating my person had to go pick it up. The person WAS home at the time --they work from home. Nobody rang their doorbell. Why charge me a fee if you are not going to deliver it? Did not make a 2nd delivery attempt, nothing. I won't order again. The coffee may be good, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They used UPS. UPS screwed up...and nobody took accountability. Order thru amazon--Amazon has never had issues making a delivery to this address.....
