I ordered a bag of coffee grounds, to be shipped to Ohio for my mother in law’s Christmas present.
I should have just bought a bag from the grocery store and shipped it myself, because it took quite a while for it to ship from Barnies, then a lot longer to arrive at my mother in law’s house.
Originally, when I purchased the bag online, it was advertised to be shipped out in about 3 days. After not receiving a shipping update after over a week, I called and they said they were on back order.
I didn’t receive an update telling me that (like Amazon updates you telling you it’ll be late).. if I did receive that update or would have known before checking out, I wouldn’t have or I would have cancelled the order and shipped a bag myself.
I think the customer service should have been better, and if something can’t be shipped out when advertised, they should update the customer.
