The products are excellent, and the shipping is fast. However, when I made a mistake on my shipping and within 2 minutes contacted them for help at the email address provided on the website, I NEVER received a response. The shipment went to another place and I had to get someone to pick it up for me and re-ship it to me. So it ended up costing me double. I know it was my mistake, but they NEVER even responded. That is a negative for customer service.
