Extremely smooth coffee and great flavors. Like the free shipping and discount specials. Criticisms are the increase in prices, don’t like the new sealing bag as we can’t get a scoop into it so we cut the top off anyway. Also, like that special flavors are continually introduced however they never seem to be available after that when we’re placing big orders.
