I have had nothing but the best customer service since day one! They have always returned my message/email within a timely manner! In todays time, you cannot get good service. I live in a city where Barnie's has a wonderful competitor in which I could purchase from and save having to pay shipping, but I am hooked on the Santa's White Christmas. You will always get good service from BARNIE'S!
