I love the taste of Barnie's coffee, but I'm really disappointed with their customer service to date. I purchased and was shipped numerous boxes of pods that do not work in my Keurig. After contacting Barnie's, I was asked to send in the expiration date and code off the boxes. I submitted this information immediately. It's been well over a week, and I'm still waiting to receive my new coffee. This was a manufacturing error on Barnie's end and I should have received my new shipment immediately.
