Mel and Jesse offer a great product and fabulous customer service. We bought 12 Sydney goosenecks and a series of other internal and more decorative goosenecks. I recommended ordering the integrated LED chip option for external goosenecks - they look amazing. As we had such a big order, it's not surprising that one piece was missing. Jesse had the missing part shipped that day and I received it in Berry (NSW) 2 days later. Highly recommended.
