“A few years ago we were searching for some traditional barn lights for a rustic pergola we were building. We searched all of the regular well known outlets...and frankly the quality of their lights were universally crap. We eventually came across Barn Light on the net, and ordered three barn lights much as they have included in their logo. Excellent quality! Sadly we had to sell that place a year ago. I was very disappointed to leave these lights behind.”

“Bought 2 "rustic style" barn lights on a loose lead seven years ago, for our new build and they are going as strong as the day they were installed. (I have had to replace a fence, external taps, reticulation sprinklers and outdoor garden lights since then!) Our lights are external, and exposed to the full range of all the elements, including winds, and full afternoon sun. They have not deteriorated in any way, other than to gather some dust and look the better for it. Not even the globes have blown. So glad Barn Light Australia have withstood the challenges of small business and Covid. Would highly recommend and would use again in a heartbeat.”

“After some initial confusion with the website, your communication was much better. I was happy to assist Jesse with a few backwards and forwards emails to test your system. I did have to enquire once more as to the delivery, but otherwise everything was fine. The light was delivered and installed the following day. Everyone who has seen it loves it, as do I. Very unusual for me to buy anything via Facebook, but this turned out fine. Buy Australian is my motto, so bravo for providing this Aussie (US?) product to us! Kind regards, Leonard Zech”

“Your website provides excellent information about your collection and useful visual images to help with selection. I found the ordering and delivery processes straight forward though I did get one confusing email a few days after I had ordered and paid. It told me that I had an item in a basket and did I want to finalise the purchase. Anyway thanks....we love our new lights.”

“Our purchase exceeded expectations. We have bought and returned so many light fixtures online during the construction of our home and it is always been because the lights show up and are just so flimsy. NOT THESE BAD BOYS! Our gooseneck barn lights and laundry light are such incredible quality. They’re sturdy, strong and beautiful. We can not wait to see them in all their glory on our new home.”

“We used Barn Light extensively on our recent project, Brookfield Coastal Farmhouse @frontporchproperties. We really love that we are able to customise each light and tie them in beautifully with our custom colour schemes. “Dixie chain light is fine however delivery came without the purchased globe. After 2 phone calls and an email still no globe. In fact no response to email other than auto receive. So I would class customer service and delivery as very poor. Will not purchase from Barn Light again.”

G'Day Anne, My sincerest apologies for the delay in sending your LED bulb out in a timely manner. I can confirm that your bulb was shipped on the 7th of October, and should be arriving this week. As we attempt to train new staff in assembly & despatch, small mistakes do happen during that training period, and for that I take responsibility for not rectifying your order sooner. Unfortunately Jock (Mel's dog for 15 years) passed away on Tuesday last week and our staff are not exactly on their A-Game given that Jock was a regular character in and around our factories. Evidently some tasks and warranties were not prioritised as much as could have been last week. Our auto-reply email permits us to keep track of customer correspondence whilst also actioning problems as they occur - for that a member of staff sent your bulb last week without our oversight. “I wish I had known about Barnlights from the start of our build we had to use generic barnlights from another supplier and they only lasted 12 months before rusting and chipping. The quality of our new lights are incredible and the customer service was too!! Thanks guys.”

“This company provides wonderful quality and service. My barnlight is in my bathroom above my vanity and I get compliments from everyone who goes in there. I also purchased wall sconces as bedside lights and they custom made them for me when they were out of stock. I can’t wait to purchase more for our home!”
