“I was very disappointed that I had not heard anything about my order until after a couple of weeks when I messaged to see what was going on. When the parcel finally arrived I did not get the light that I had ordered.”

G'Day Sharon, Once we received your negative review, I made a call to you on Sunday evening after reviewing that we had not received any email from you previously (as our helpdesk didn't provide an auto-reply/receipt) nor did we receive any text messages from you as we discussed. We do acknowledge that your order was late to despatch, and whilst it has been four weeks to this reply, I recall that you did receive the product ordered however required some assembly as all Barn Light "Sydney" products are despatched to protect the aluminium shade per your comment. Please let us know if you are otherwise unhappy with the product as we offer a 180 Day return policy, and free freight back should you be unhappy with your purchase. I had no communication since my original order. I would have been happy to wait had I been informed of the progress of my order.[/quote]
