I spoke to a sales person who gave me a price and information for a holiday and when I called back the following day she was off and I was passed to 3 different people who all gave me varying prices and info for the same holiday. Had I not been a previous customer of Barrhead Travel I would probably have gone elsewhere. As it was I just called back to speak to the first person when she came back to work and fortunately the holiday was still available. I didn't feel the experience was very professional.
It won't stop me from using B T again though.
