To be brutally honest if I could give NO Stars I would.
So far we have received THREE Confirmation Details of our holiday and so far they have got the details wrong
1. Cabin number on the ship
2. Board basis
3. Hotel details ( 9 nights or 1 nights )
4. Flight Details ( seats )
COST??????
IF WE HAD BOOKED THE HOLIDAY BY OURSELVES IT WOULD HAVE BEEN OVER 800 POUND CHEAPER HAVE ASKED FOR A BREAKDOWN NO RESPONSE
NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED!!!
