Wrong information from sales team who even when going through tickets did not mention a stopover that would result in an extra 4hrs added to flight time. Then proceeded to tell me airlines can change flights at anytime. Always been the times of landing but I trusted sales worker and thought it was different time zones. Tried to arrange an extra 2 night instead of an 11 hr flight and because worker didn't advise that due to her day off the timescale for changing flight would be too close to departure date. Flight went from just over £200 to over £800. Very unprofessional!!!
