The staff at Barrhead in Dunfermline are fantastic. They have endless patience (I am probably a nightmare customer!), always make you feel like they're happy to see you when you pop in to the branch (even although they probably feel like running away to hide when they see me!), return phone calls straight away, and will go out of their way to help. Tracy and Sharon are an absolute credit to the company.
