I feel I have been railroaded into putting down a rather large deposit to supposedly qualify for a special offer. I do not have any details of my holiday at all. I went in with some knowledge and gave the information required to help the agent secure a holiday for us. However the car salesman tactics after 3 hours of discussion when the agent obviously was trying to befriend us , speaking about about his own personal stuff. Not wanting to be rude and hoping for a conclusion we were patient. However on reflection I really feel very dissatisfied and concerned thatbthevholidaybwe will get is more the holiday the agent will book for us rather than what we requested. Certain points I had raised were completely ignored. We thought we would give our details and an outline of what we wanted, go awayband then be contacted when further details were available.This is a big price holiday and I feel the agent had an eye on his commission and not our holiday and didn't want to lose us . He knew I had been doing my own research and wanted to secure us by a deposit .
