We had booked a previous cruise with Barrhead Travel. I wanted to book with the same agent (Kirsty). She is friendly, efficient and happy to help, she answered all my questions effectively. I felt very confident in booking our next cruise with her. Also, the price was better than prices that other travel agents had quoted me.
