You people are lucky the Glasgow branch is a downright disgrace i asked for recording of telephone conversations with my son and after a lengthy battle i got there edited version i will not be leaving this 792 pound for a 6 day break in Scotland must be the biggest rip off of the year a disgrace a vulnerable person into the bargain
