Barry Hancock was a pleasure to deal with had all the patience of a saint with myself and my husband , we came in to book a last minute knew we wanted Tenerife but struggled to get seats together but Barry was 5 star he pulled out all the stops and got us sorted, he is a credit to barrhead, husband and I are still on holiday and so far so good
